She is a psychotherapist and Accredited Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including an IAPT service, Employee Assistance Programmes and private practice.

She is fascinated to work within the attachment-based ISTDP framework, having seen the positive impact the related interventions can have on current interpersonal, health and psychological difficulties. She offers a warm and compassionate approach whilst naming unconscious beliefs and processes which contribute to distress, low mood and anxiety.
Her aim in all treatment is to help challenge unhelpful and self-sabotaging dynamics and promote self-compassion, self-care and self-acceptance.
Face-to-face work is located in Derbyshire and remote treatment (via video) is also available.
