Leila completed AB-ISTDP training in 2025 and has 13 years’ experience working with a diverse range of adults across the lifespan, and is experienced in assisting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, attachment trauma, and relationship difficulties.

She is particularly interested in how AB-ISTDP creates a safe and secure space in which neurodivergent adults with low support needs can explore and understand themselves with enhanced clarity and compassion.
