Guy has worked in the NHS since 2008, in various settings including community and inpatient mental health. His current NHS role involves working people with difficult or traumatic health experiences, and as such includes working with loss, life changes, and persistent physical symptoms, as well as the strain on relationships that often goes with these. He is a visiting lecturer on the University of Exeter’s doctoral training programme for clinical psychologists.
